Please Support the MDA Muscle Walk!

GEO Academy is partnering with MDA to lead the fight to free individuals — and the families who love them — from the harmful effects of muscular dystrophy, ALS and related life-threatening diseases that take away physical strength, independence and life.

We are participating in the MDA Muscle Walk in honor of Jaycee Joan Jimenez, Grant Pacer, GEO Academy student, actor and comedian who passed away on March 23rd, 2017.

You can sign up to join the team at

By joining the team, you’ll set a fundraising goal and participate in the 3.1 mile walk at our state capitol. Our MDA Muscle Walk is scheduled for April 23, 2017 @ 10AM.

You can also participate through donating your spare change.  Just give your change to any student or staff member with an official MDA Muscle Walk collection envelope or deposit it in the collection box in Ms. Foster’s room D-11.

By donating to the team, you’ll support the thousands of kids and adults like Jaycee who are served by MDA every year.

See Ms. Foster in D-11 if you have any questions.
